Photologic’s Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and share your personal data.
In addition to this Privacy Policy, we provide data and privacy information imbedded in our products/services and certain features that ask to use your personal information. Such product-specific information is accompanied by our Data & Privacy Icon.

At Photologic, we strongly believe in fundamental privacy rights and that those fundamental rights should apply no matter where you live in the world. This Privacy Policy covers how Photologic or a Photologic-affiliated company handles personal data whether you interact with us on our website, through our app or through our portal - collectively our “Service”, or in person (including by phone or when visiting our offices). Photologic may also link to third party resources on our website or in our Service. Photologic’s Privacy Policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use it. We encourage you to read their privacy policies and know your privacy rights before interacting with them.
At Photologic, we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete your personal data. We provide these rights to customers worldwide, and if you choose to exercise these privacy rights, you have the right not to be treated in a discriminatory way nor to receive a degree of service less than any other Customer. Photologic does not sell, share or otherwise transfer your data to any third party, unless we are legally obligated to do so.

You can also make privacy rights requests at: photo-logic.com/legal/privacy There may be situations where we cannot grant your request — for example, if you ask us to delete your transaction data and Photologic is legally obligated to keep a record of that transaction to comply with law. We may also decline to grant a request where doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes, such as when you request for deletion of an account that is under investigation for security concerns. Other reasons your privacy request may be denied are if it would jeopardize the privacy of others, is frivolous or vexatious, or would be extremely impractical.
At Photologic, we strive to collect only the personal data that we need. The personal data Photologic collects depends on how you interact with us.
When you create an Account, place an order for our Service and/or purchase additional Authorized Users for your unique instance of our Service, contact us, participate in an online survey or otherwise interact with Photologic we may collect different information, including.
You are not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our Service or respond to requests you may have.

We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When assessing retention periods, we carefully examine whether it is necessary to retain the personal data collected and, if retention is required, work to retain the personal data for the shortest possible time permissible under law.
Photologic does not make use of algorithms or automatic profiling to make any decision that would affect you or anyone else.
Photologic may share personal data with service providers who act on our behalf, or others at your direction. Photologic does not share personal data with any third party for their marketing purposes or otherwise, unless explicitly obligated to by law.
When you subscribe to our Service, we create an Account with an Account ID that is unique to you. The Account ID may be used to provide our developers with information about your country of residence, language settings, cluster affiliation, and information on usage patterns in order to continually improve the performance and quality of our Service. If you cancel your subscription the Account ID will reset after 6 months (180 days).
At Photologic, we believe that privacy rests on great security. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data, taking into account the type of the personal data, the processing activities, and potential threats. We continuously work to improve on these security measures to help keep your personal data safe and secure.
Photologic is well aware of the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children. We consider children to be individuals under the age of 18 as this is the legal age in most countries or jurisdictions. Therefore Photologic has implemented additional processes and procedures to help keep children's personal data safe and secure. To subscribe to or access our Service you must be 18 years of age. For personal information about a child to be entered into our Service parental or legal guardian approval is a prerequisite.
Parent or legal guardian. To use our Service to process data on a child, freely given consent from a parent or legal guardian must be obtained. Creating records or processing of data simply cannot take place unless such parental acceptance has been obtained.

Photologic’s website, our Service, email messages, and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us to better understand user behavior, and allow us to measure the performance of our website, messaging and advertisements. In some email messages we provide a “click-through URL” that links you to content on our website. When you click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate server before arriving at the destination

Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format that you can read, and they tell us whether a mail has been opened or not. We may use this data to reduce or eliminate messages sent to our customer

We take privacy very serious and yours in particular. A small dedicated team will review your inquiry and determine how we may best respond to your questions or concerns.
In most cases, all substantive inquiries can expect a response within seven working days. In other cases, we may require additional information from you, or inform you that we need more time to respond.
Where your request or complaint indicates potential improvement in our privacy practices, we will seek to implement such improvements at the next reasonable opportunity. In the event that a privacy issue has resulted in a negative impact on you or another person, we will take steps to address that with you or that other person.
If you are not satisfied with Photologic’s response, you may refer your complaint to the applicable authority. In Denmark the authority would be Datatilsynet.
When there is a material change to this Privacy Policy, we’ll post a notice on this website at least a week in advance of doing so and contact you directly about the change if we have your data on file.
